Michael A. Autio's legal practice emphasizes

Mr. Autio
has been private law practice since 1991, and has worked
with both small and larger law firms in Oregon and
Washington. His legal practice has included extensive
experience in estate planning as well as business
transactions, with an emphasis on closely held businesses
and their owners.
Most recently prior to
returning to Astoria, Michael worked as a tax attorney in a leading
national pension consulting firm specializing in
nonqualified deferred compensation plans, where his
clients included several of the nation's largest Fortune
500 companies.

his family manufacturing business, Autio
Company, near Astoria.
