His comprehensive planning approach encompasses health care issues, estate and gift tax issues, family changes, family business succession, and the ultimate the disposition of assets. Mr. Autio's goal is to help clients feel comfortable with the process, and to attain their goal of preserving the assets they have accumulated and of passing them on to the next generation in a timely and cost-efficient manner. In addition to estate planning, Mr. Autio regularly assists clients in the estate administration process, including probate court proceedings, trust administration and small estates, as well as other proceedings such as adoption, guardianships and conservatorships. Mr. Autio's legal practice includes a wide variety of real estate matters, including representing clients in buying, selling, leasing, and development of property. Mr. Autio regularly assists sellers and buyers through the various stages of the purchase and sale process, beginning with letters of intent or earnest money agreements, through the negotiation and due diligence phases, to the closing and securing of purchase and transfer documents. Mr. Autio sees the opportunity to assist prospective adoptive parents as an extension of his Christian faith and his belief that there is a home for every "unwanted" child .
